Based on the words found in Isaiah 61: "He has called us to preach the gospel to the poor, to bind up the broken hearted, to bring freedom to the captive and comfort all that mourn." With this understanding, we know that hurting people are not only found on the streets and on public school campuses, but also in the Body of Christ.  Chapin Ministries wants to touch hearts with the Father's compassion, His forgiveness and the truth of God's love.

This powerful ministry team is made up of   Phil & Kim Chapin.  Together they have traveled across the nation for the past 14 years, speaking in churches, conferences, and in public school assemblies. Phil works with many non-profit organizations, such as Promise Keepers and Dave Roever and Associates.  He shares his life story, and the inspiring message that you can break the chains from your past through the power of Jesus Christ!
